Well, the verdict is in; 4 healthy chicks. Hannah would not come off the nest all day Saturday and Sunday and I suspected she still had one more egg under there that she was trying to hatch out. But this morning she and all the chicks were out of the nest and the failed, partially hatched fifth egg was rolled out of the nest.
So there you are. Hopefully we will have 2 or more new layers from the hatching.
