rainy days...

Seems like it's going to rain forever! Labor Day was so crappy we never went out. It's not even nice rainy weather, with storms and downpours and thunder and lightening. It's just this constant cold drizzle that grates on my nerves and makes me feel cooped up.

We had planned to go to Rickett's Glen and vegetate on the beach, reading books and taking naps. Instead I had to find something to do so I made two shirts. I have had these two flannel shirts cut out for more than two years and haven't gotten to them. I had also forgotten that sometime last year I had pulled them out to embroider these cute designs on them! Love them! And now I have two new flannel shirts for the cold weather season.



     





This one is on the lower left hand bottom of the pink flannel. Really cute, kooky birds.

This soft white flannel actually has a small blue flower print, but it doesn't show up very well here.
